3. Google API Services Use
In providing some of our services, we utilize Google API Services. This section clarifies how we handle data obtained from Google and our compliance with Google's policies.
When you allow Mynd to access your Google Calendar through the OAuth consent, we collect the following types of information from your Google Calendar:
Calendar Data: We access your calendar information, including your event titles, dates, descriptions, and attendees, to enhance your scheduling experience.
Event Management: We access and manage your events to provide features like automated event creation, updates, and deletions, based on your preferences and settings within Mynd.
This information is used solely to perform the functions you've requested within Mynd and improve your user experience.
Mynd does not share your Google Calendar data with third parties except as described below:
Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, subject to confidentiality agreements.
Compliance and Safety: We may disclose your information where required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Mynd, our users, or others.
Limited Use Disclosure: MYND's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data for the purposes explicitly approved by the user, and do not transfer this data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide our services.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including web hosting, data analysis, customer service, email delivery, and marketing assistance. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
Disclosure for Law Enforcement: MYND will disclose your personal data outside the scope of these provisions only as required to do so by law or compelled by court, government, or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction. Your personal data may be subject to federal and local laws that require MYND to disclose this data in certain circumstances.
Sharing User Data with Third-Party AI Platforms
In our continuous effort to improve MYND’s services and provide more tailored experiences, we may engage third-party AI platforms to process certain types of non-personal user data. Here is how we manage and share this data:
What Data is Shared:
Non-Personal Data: We may share aggregated or anonymized data that does not directly identify any individual. This can include usage patterns, generalized user behavior, and interaction data.
Personal Data (Under Strict Conditions): We DO NOT share any personal data of our users. In the case this is required, we will seek explicit consent from the user before sharing any personal data.
Purpose of Sharing Data:
Service Enhancement: To utilize advanced analytical tools and AI algorithms to understand user needs better and improve service delivery.
Personalization: To provide a more personalized experience to our users, such as more relevant professional recommendations and customized session insights.

5. Data Security
Our goal is to protect your personal information by implementing both technical and organizational security measures. These measures are designed to prevent unauthorized or unlawful handling of your data, as well as any accidental or unauthorized access, use, transfer, processing, copying, transmission, alteration, loss, or damage.
6. SMS / MMS Policy
When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Mynd (aka. 10791687 Canada Inc.) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include 2FA codes, account notifications, and security alerts.
Your Opt-in data, consent for text messaging, mobile numbers, and personnel information will not be shared or sold to third parties, except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program.
You can cancel the messaging service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number. We will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed successfully. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
